WE KINDLY REQUEST YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH TO ARRANGE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR THE FIELD TRIP ON 25 MARCH 2026.

To complete your registration, please proceed with the payment via bank transfer. Kindly note that all transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant, and the official receipt will reflect only the net amount received by the organizer (excluding bank charges).

Once the transfer has been completed, please send a copy of the bank transfer slip along with your full name and registration ID to ictp2026thailand@gmail.com

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The cancellation request form must be completed in full to be processed.
2. Refunds will be issued after the conference for administrative reasons. An administration fee of USD 30 will be deducted from all refunds.
3. No refunds will be granted in cases of cancellation due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.
4. Fees are non-refundable if the participant withdraws due to personal travel difficulties, including issues related to visa applications or other travel documentation.
5. Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

• On or before 15 February 2026: 100% reimbursement (less administration fee)

After 15 February 2026: No refund will be granted
